I forget where I saw it first, but there has been a suggestion that politicians should be required to dress like race car drivers. Have the logo of every company you take money from on your garments.
The greedy oligarchs are determined to push the envelope on grifting and corruption. If they continue down this road, it eventually will not end well for all involved. Since it will be hard to get to them, us rabble 'storming the castle' so to speak, will start with who we can get to, which will be the corrupt congress folks who enabled this all down the line for their cut. Just saying.
Take all politicians off of their Cadillac insurance plans and put them on Medicare or Obama Care like most other citizens have. Then watch how they will fiercely fight to preserve benefits. Then everyone wins!
The fact that all that money makes for politicians that have zero interest in preserving protecting and defending the Constitution of the United States (their one sworn duty), is the worst part. Knowing all that, our Congress critters also have no interest in prosecuting their own misbehavior. The first one to be executed for treason might put a chill through Congress. Maybe. Cruel as that sounds.
Even arrested, prosecuted,sentenced, imprisoned and removed from office instead of congratulated for being so arrogantly bad greedy would be a step in the right direction.
