Like revelation, your blog today struck a chord. Yet another strike on our fellow Americans by Corporate Christianity. Good God Almighty. Great balls is fire. What a bunch of self- serving weirdos. On a happier note, a couple of weeks ago, the good folks from Faithful America erected a giant golden calf dressed as The Donald outside the White House.

Someone noted that for 2,000 years Christians were warned about the anti-Christ and when he appeared they buy Bibles from him.

The sleaziness of this episode is dwarfed by its unconstitutionality.

Hah! Cigarette companies say that if you smoke at 16, they’ve got you for life. Some churches say that if you go to Bible School by age 6, they’ve got you for life. I retired from the Catholic Church at 18 and quit smoking after 3 years. Enough is enough or else it’s too much!

I quit religion at 18 as well. Seems like a great time to quit.

I am a 'recovering Catholic'. I had 16 years of education in Catholic institutions. I learned charitable and moral principles, which remain my guidelines.

ConMan Trump is a sexual predator. WHY is he not on a sexual predator list?

ConMan Trump avoids paying his share of taxes. His campaign has not paid St. Cloud, MN/Stearns County for fees related for his July 2024 rally!

ConMan Trump has committed multiple acts of TREASON. How does this slime ball continue to avoid justice and punishment for his crimes? OH, that's right he is a member of the 'wealthy elite class'.

I've wrote it before I laughed the first time I heard Trump say he would eliminate pay for play politics. The absurdity of him selling bibles after he gased Americans so he could wave a Bible upside down should be crossing a big red line that was crossed every day he was president. I pinned a cartoon on my fridge weeks ago by Nick Anderson @ the tribune trump started the they're eating dogs campaign the same week he took an endorsement from the guy who hauls around dead bears and whale heads. With no moral compass or ethical standards he just rambles whatever sounds good at the moment. After making trade deals with everyone but China he is talking about tariffs again. God help Americans attention span!!!

Why does the average American citizen not understand Donald?

I didn't understand the lack of understanding before January 6 ,but I've been told I watch too much news. More than ever I don't think that's a problem. Trump does something wrong everyday so people forget what he did wrong the day before

What needs to be manditorily taught in schools is the complete history of national political histories of all nations and the interferences and influences of religion in their structure and operations. Christian churches demand total subscription, total submission to church control. Angering almighty God is the threat. Christianity's history of torture for mere refusal to subscribe is legion. These churches sell totalitarian autonomy--they are not LIKE fascism in structure and function--they ARE fascist in structure and function. Violence is a very key part of fascism. Compare the atrocities of the fascist (Nazi) party and it's concentration camps with the inquisitions of the Catholic Church. Which is most culpable? What you are witnessing in MAGA fascism and religion's fascim in America today is very old hat

Someone needs to file a federal lawsuit against the whole State of Oklahoma for gross violation of Church/State relations. And a state level lawsuit for corruption in government (private gain from public funds). In Dante's Hell the deepest pit is reserved for people who attempt to "profit" off of religion!

What ever happened to parochial schools? If parents wanted their kids to learn in their chosen religious atmosphere, all they had to do was pay for it. I don't think these parents would appreciate paying for somebody else's religion being taught to their kids. Yet, that is exactly what happens when religious fanatics invade schools.

Not only do parents not pay for it the state actually subsidizes it. How is that legal?

And on the tangential subject of the Trumpy bibles - since they were printed in China, what sort of tariffs were applied to them, and how is that working out for the buyers??

These people are determined to dictate how YOU should think, live and behave in all aspects of life! Once and for all, get this straight....the United States was founded as a nation for which freedom to practice religion is protected. Not a place where you get to force your beliefs down our throat!
