I live near a small city - Concord, NH - with a big-city homelessness problem, tied up as it so often is with mental health issues. It strikes me as borderline criminal that the city and even more so the state of New Hampshire does so little beyond bewailing the problem, and way too much of the time the default is police action. I hope everybody hustling about their day's activities trying to avoid a panhandler appreciates: Even if you're having a rough day, your worst day is still probably better than their best day.

This brings to mind the quote from Anatole France - "The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread,"

I would go along with this. After all, it’s not like homeless people have the same rights as us….oh, wait….they actually do. Replace gosuck with an actual human!!

does this mean the hundreds of thousands of retirees roaming around the country in their RVs, trucks pulling trailers, camping on BLM lands or other forestry properties illegal? roll that around in your noggin for a minute Clarence Thomas?

Neil's replacement with a homeless person could only make the supreme court better. There are plenty of homeless people, so replace Clarence Thomas, Sam Alito , brent kavanaugh, Amy c Barret while you're at it.

What I see this contributing to is the enslaved labor camps that, if implemented, Project 2025 will create. The Republican agenda has for, what - last 40-50 years, created conditions in the U.S. that make it harder to get ahead, buy a home, have health care (the list is long) because of their FUCK YOU attitude towards John Q. Public. As more and more people are disenfranchised in so many ways, there will be more homelessness, more poverty, more mental health issues, more crime (because the Repub agenda will criminalize more and more actions and even opinions), and what , OH, MY! are we gonna do with this vermin (remember)? I defineitely see slave labor camps from which the billionaries, private equity, supreme court justices, the fascist government will benefit. Mark my words. I know I'm preaching to the choir in this space, but we ALL have to do everything we can to show others how nefarious this Trump-P2025 is. And now with these a**holes getting $45 million a month to further their cause. GOD help us.

Now that US Presidents have been given absolute powers by the Supremes, President Biden should order the 6 conservatives on the court to tender their resignations immediately and replace them with 6 individuals with some integrity. Then he should move to overturn their ruling on presidential immunity.

Love this. How come we have all these entitled preppies on the Supreme Court?

They were vetted and chosen by a really great guy by the name of Leonard Leo who is closely associated with Alliance Defending Freedom and has so many other affiliations with groups you'll just love. Look him up.
